The future series champion (1992) was the leading IMP runner at the turn of the decade, normally to be found disputing the class lead with Douglas Fairbairn. The Maguire Imp was sold to Rover SD1 driver Erling Jensen for 1992 when Phil took over George Douglas's Skoda-Rover.
